Does soy Bad for health: Myth busted

Soybeans are one of the richest vegan sources of protein usually in 100gms of soybean we will get about 52% of the protein that is more than even eggs and chicken . Soybeans are easy to digest and are a good source of dietary fibers as well. Now coming to the topic, that does soy increases our estrogens level is total bullshit and these are just marketing techniques used by some supplements company to sell their products by spreading myths in the people .  The myth that soy causes a rise in estrogen levels was overhyped due to presence of phytoestrogen in it  Phytoestrogen:- phytoestrogen is made up of 2 words phyto which means plant-based and estrogens  which means simply estrogenic compound.
